Gooding City officials are pleased to announce the recovery and return of $989,524.12 of the $1,092,519.00 lost due to the social engineering scam earlier this year. The funds were lost through a business email compromise scheme.
The City would like to especially thank and express gratitude for the diligent efforts of the FBI and the bank personnel that worked to recover these lost funds
