New Scam Alert: Zoom Call Scams "Zishing"

Zishing – Zoom-based phishing attacks – rely on the convergence of the technology landscape in the modern era, particularly the intersection between Zoom and artificial intelligence (AI).

While deepfake technology is nothing new, that’s partially what makes it even more of a threat. Deepfakes are not in beta – they’re ready for primetime and being used for criminal purposes.

One key to staying safe is to ask participants to do gestures that can reveal quality issues.
