The Authentication.Validation.ManagementTM is a 3-Step process that can be applied to the customer setup and maintenance to help reduce the potential for internal fraud, external fraud and to keep the data accurate. Learn Authentication Techniques, Validation Resources, Internal Controls and Best Practices with immediate takeaways that can be implemented immediately. In this session, you will be guided to document your own process, then walk through what and where to add in authentication techniques, internal controls, and best practices to avoid internal and external fraud resulting in a comprehensive set of customer processes specific for your company. When you are done you will have customized processes and reference documents to support the changes you know you need in your customer setup and maintenance process.

- Identify 5 Authentication Techniques to confirm the identity of the customer
- Identify 23 Internal Controls to add to the customer process to avoid fraud, regulatory fines and bad customer data
- Identify 12 Best Practices to add to the customer process to avoid fraud, regulatory fines and bad vendor data
- Identify 13 Customer Validations to confirm that the data entered on the customer record is accurate and not fraudulent
- Implement a 7-step process to clean the customer master file

- Who Should Attend: This training session is for employees performing or managing the vendor setup and maintenance process. This includes adding and updating vendor records, as well as responding to vendor inquiries regarding vendor data included on the vendor record.

- Live Attendance: All students attending live sessions must log on within the first 20 minutes. Debra R Richardson LLC reserves the right to end any scheduled live training session after 20 minutes if no registered students have logged into the session.
- Refunds and Cancellations: Requests for refunds must be received in writing. A full refund is available for any training session not attended or recording not viewed. Rescheduling to a future session is available at no cost up to one year after the original purchase. Vendor Process Training Pass Members will not be subject to a refund nor a cancellation fee as this session is included in the cost of the training pass, and the member will have access until the expiration date of the training pass.
