Suitable to be copied and pasted in an email, or read verbally for phone inquiries.

2. Understand why the use of communication script templates by your help desk and vendor team members is key in preventing fraud
3. Implement a successful process to handle urgent vendor setup request while avoiding fraud, fines and bad vendor data

• Who Should Attend:  This training session is for employees performing or managing the vendor setup and maintenance process.  This includes adding and updating vendor records, as well as responding to vendor inquiries regarding vendor data included on the vendor record.

• Live Attendance:  All students attending live sessions must log on within the first 20 minutes.  Debra R Richardson LLC reserves the right to end any scheduled live training session after 20 minutes if no registered students have logged into the session.
• Refunds and Cancellations:  Requests for refunds must be received in writing.  A full refund is available for any training session not attended or recording not viewed.  Rescheduling to a future session is available at no cost up to one year after the original purchase.  Vendor Process Training Pass Members will not be subject to a refund nor a cancellation fee as this session is included in the cost of the training pass, and the member will have access until the expiration date of the training pass.
