How many vendor team members can be added under one account?

You may add as many vendor team members as needed. All must have the same email domain as the email address the admin account registered with. For the Single Team Member Pass - only one team member is allowed on the individual pass.

When will my subscription renew?

Subscriptions are not automatically renewed. The Admin on the account will receive an email reminder to renew the subscription within 30 days of the expiration date.

Are refunds issued?

Due to the immediate access to digital products, refunds are not issued. Once registered, access to all assets will continue through the subscription period.

How do we access past trainings?

All weekly trainings are recorded and the on-demand recording will be uploaded as as lesson withing the training within 24 hours. Simply click on the training session for access to watch the recording and download the handouts shared during the session. 

How do I request an invoice

Email info@debrarrichardson.com and include:  Company Name, Company Address, Contact Name, Contact Email Address, Contact Phone Number and course or training pass you wish to purchase.  An email will be sent within 24 hours.
